Our Chevy Truck seat upholstery follows the original factory pleat design, sewing pattern, and factory attachment points of the original Chevy Truck seat covers. Seat Covers vrs. Slip Covers
There are dozens of manufacturers of "seat covers" for the Chevrolet truck, however almost all are slip overs and, as such, are not designed for loving restoration of Chevrolet truck seats ! Proper Chevrolet truck seat restoration requires that the seats be removed from the car, the old seat covers sliced off of the seat. Then new factory original seat covers (designed as copies of the original seat cover geometry and with original attachment points to the seat frames are used.)
Our Chevrolet truck seat covers are NOT slip overs. They have original seat cover detailing, original seat cover attachment points. The Chevrolet truck seat covers we provide come with good instructions for applying the covers and they come with seat cover attachment hog rings and a set of hog ring pliers.
